很多学生因为种种原因选择进入中职院校接受再教育,他们长期受到老师与家长的批评,逆反心理比较严重,不服管教。这就为中职院校的班主任开展管理班级工作增加了一定的难度。中职学生年龄比较小,他们很容易受到老师的影响。因此,中职院校的班主任要采用科学的管理方法,关爱学生,为中职学生创建良好的学习环境。结合山区中职院校的特点,研究班主任的管理工作应该如何开展。
Many students choose to enter secondary vocational schools for various reasons to receive reeducation. They have long been criticized by their teachers and parents. Their rebellious mentality is rather severe and they are not willing to discipline. This makes it more difficult for the head teachers of vocational colleges to carry out the management of class work. Secondary vocational students are relatively young and they are easily influenced by their teachers.
