借助于沸水浴里加热钨(Ⅵ)、氧化的苏木色精及抗坏血酸的酸性溶液,提出了一种高灵敏 的分光光度法测定痕量钨.文中研究了测定钨的适宜条件。此显色液的最大吸收波长处于455nm, 遵守比尔定律为10m1溶液中含0.1~0.5微克钨,表现摩尔吸光系数达1.82 ×10~6.然而,这灵敏度 与不同来源的苏木色精和氧化的苏木色精溶液的配制方法有关。在2×10~(-3)MNH4F存在下,许多微 克量级的金属离子不影响,但Mo(Ⅵ)、Nb(Ⅴ)及Ta(Ⅴ)干扰严重。
A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace tungsten was proposed by means of heating an acidic solution of tungsten (Ⅵ), oxidized hematoxylin and ascorbic acid in a boiling water bath. In this paper, the appropriate conditions for the determination of tungsten were studied. The maximum absorption wavelength of this color-developing solution is at 455nm, which obeys Beer’s Law to 10m1 solution containing 0.1-0.5 micrograms of tungsten and exhibits a molar absorption coefficient of 1.82x10-6. However, this sensitivity is related to the formulation of different sources of hematoxylin and oxidized hematoxylin solution. In the presence of 2 × 10 ~ (-3) MNH4F, many micrograms of metal ions do not affect but Mo (Ⅵ), Nb (Ⅴ) and Ta (Ⅴ) interfere seriously.
