用周龄在25~35Wistar大鼠的头盖骨,经酶消化处理后,在10%胎牛血清的F-12培养液中培养一周,分别加入地塞米松(Dex)、17β-雌二醇(E2)和新型抗骨质疏松药物XW630,利用相差显微镜动态观察成骨细胞(AOB)骨形成情况,连续观察14~20d,经VonKossa染色,用BioMultiScaner-400(BMS-400ToYoSokki)测定骨结节表面积,作为骨形成定量指标,并作统计学分析,结果表明Dex,XW360有促骨形成作用,E2无促骨形成作用。
