目的:研究云南松松塔的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、MCI柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等手段对云南松松塔的化学成分进行分离,并通过MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR等波谱数据确定化合物结构。结果:分离得到了5个化合物,并将其结构分别鉴定为二氢山奈酚(1),7,15-二羟基去氢枞酸(2)、原儿茶酸(3)、香草酸(4)、十二烷(5)。结论:化合物1~5皆从云南松中首次分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of pine pine tower in Yunnan Province. Methods: The chemical constituents of Pinus yunnanensis were separated by silica gel column chromatography, MCI column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were determined by MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra. Results: Five compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as dihydro kaempferol (1), 7,15-dihydroxy dehydroabietic acid (2), protocatechuic acid (3), vanillic acid ), Dodecane (5). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 ~ 5 were isolated from Pinus yunnanensis for the first time.
