本刊讯利民股份近日募集大笔资金实施产品扩张及产业链延伸战略。据公司23日发布的公告,此次募集资金的总额达75990.06万元,其中35450.79万元拟用于4个高效农药项目;34139.27万元拟用于基础原料项目;6400万元拟用于补充流动资金。拟投建的4个农药项目包括年产5000吨丙森锌项目、年产2万吨威百亩项目、年产500吨苯醚甲环唑项目、年产500吨嘧菌酯项目四个子项目。
