作者在第59次关东地区会议上,报告了50例成人肾脏的肾小盏的数目、形状、面积及肾大小与肾小盏的关系。本文增加了同一个体的左右肾(10具20例),肾小盏总数为602个,就下列项目进行了观察,报道如下。 1.肾小盏的位置:以输尿管出肾孟的部位作为基点,观察了其上方的肾小盏(以下称上部肾小盏)和下方的肾小盏(以下称下部肾小盏),肾小盏中,上部肾小盏数为285/602个(47.3％),下部肾小盏数为317/602个(52.7％)。另外,上部肾小盏数目多的肾脏为21/70(30.O％),上、下部肾小盏数目相同的肾脏为11/70个(15.7％),下部肾小盏数目多的肾脏为38/70个(54.3％)。其次,肾小盏的面积,上部肾小盏70个肾的平均面积为181.3mm~2(71.2～320.9mm~2),下部肾小盏的平均面积为178.Omm~2(78.4～342.2mm~2)。再者,上部肾小盏面积广阔的肾脏为35/70个,下部肾小盏面积广阔的肾脏为35/70
