作者研究心肌梗塞((?))早期输注经紫外线照射的自身血液疗法((?))和用氦氖激光照射血液疗法((?))对血液氧运输功能指数的影响。病人和方法:急性初发型(?)病人48例,年龄25~63岁,全为男性。发病后24小时内入院,给以镇痛、极化液、抗心律失常和硝酸盐治疗。22例(第1级)采用(?)-75和(?)-111装置(波长0.623um)进行(?)治疗,将石英聚合体型光导向装置经导管插入右心房内照射血液,输出功率2.5~3mW,每次40分钟。13例(第2组)采用《(?)30(?)》(?)-73M型装置进行(?)治疗,剂量1~1.5ml/公斤体重,隔日1次,必要时每天1次,疗程3~5天。其余13例(第3组)做对照组。b有病人均于人院时、(?)或(?)治疗前后及一个疗程后第5~6天测定血气和血流动力学参数。
