民间投资的下滑,并不说明在社会上难以找到投资回报较高的项目。事实上,根据有关学者的研究,确有一些项目的投资回报率下降了,比如制造业和服务业的一些项目,投资一年的收益可能真的不如在北上广买套房获得的增值多。但是,仍有很多项目或者在短期有不错的收益率,或者在长期来讲有很好的收益率。民间投资之所以出现较长时间的下滑,一方面显示了较多企业对未来缺乏信心,另一方面则说明了企业在投资方面缺乏积极性和主动性。
The decline of private investment does not mean that it is hard to find a project with a high return on investment in the society. In fact, according to the research conducted by the scholars concerned, the return on investment of some projects has actually dropped. For example, some projects in the manufacturing and service industries may yield less return in one year than in the case of buying suites in the north. However, there are still many projects that have either good yields in the short run or good yields in the long run. The reason why there is a long-term decline in private investment, on the one hand shows that many companies lack confidence in the future, on the other hand shows that enterprises lack the enthusiasm and initiative in investment.
