加强职业学校教学管理对于构建和谐校园有着十分重要的意义,本文通过加强教学管理思想的民主化,管理内容的规范化和管理手段的现代化,探索构建和谐学校在教学管理方面的途径和方法。
Strengthening the teaching management of vocational schools is of great significance to the construction of a harmonious campus. This paper attempts to explore ways and means of building harmonious schools in teaching management by strengthening the democratic management of teaching thoughts, standardizing management contents and modernizing management methods.
