高校工会的核心职能在于维护教职工合法权益、调解教职工与高校之间发生的劳动争议。教师聘用制度的全面实施使高校劳动关系发生了深刻变化,劳动争议的内容更趋复杂。高校工会应当通过参加相关规章制度的制定、介入劳动合同的订立过程、促进平等协商制度的推行等方式,改善维权机制,确保教职工的合法权益得以实现。
The core function of trade unions in colleges and universities is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of faculty and staff members and mediate the labor disputes that have taken place between them. The full implementation of the system of teacher employment has profoundly changed the labor relations in colleges and universities, and the content of labor disputes has become more complicated. College unions should improve their rights protection mechanisms by participating in the formulation of relevant rules and regulations, intervening in the establishment of labor contracts and promoting the implementation of the equal consultation system, so as to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of faculty and staff can be realized.
