目的 掌握托幼机构消毒工作现状,发现存在问题,提出解决方法。方法 采用现场抽样和检测的方法,对浙江省宁波市江北区托幼机构的消毒效果进行监测与分析。结果 2013-2015年消毒效果合格率分别为77.06%、79.74%、80.61%,3年平均合格率为79.19%。不同监测对象中,合格率最高是紫外线灯强度为92.48%,其次是室内空气和物体表面,平均合格率分别为88.41%、82.27%,合格率最低的是教师、保育员手为59.42%,其次是餐饮具为66.84%。结论 宁波市江北区托幼机构消毒效果总体较差,应重点加强教师、保育员手及餐饮具卫生管理,加强托幼机构的消毒技术培训和日常监督工作。
Objective To master the status quo of disinfection work in nurseries and nurseries, find out the problems and put forward the solutions. Methods The methods of on-site sampling and testing were used to monitor and analyze the disinfection effects of nurseries in Jiangbei District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Results The pass rates of disinfection in 2013-2015 were 77.06%, 79.74% and 80.61% respectively. The average passing rate in 3 years was 79.19%. Among the different monitoring objects, the highest pass rate was 92.48% for the UV lamp, followed by indoor air and the surface of the object. The average pass rates were 88.41% and 82.27% respectively. The lowest pass rate was teachers and the nursing staff was 59.42% Dining equipment is 66.84%. Conclusion The disinfection effect of nurseries and kindergartens in Jiangbei District of Ningbo City is generally poor. The health management of teachers, nurses and catering tools should be emphasized, and disinfection techniques training and daily supervision of nurseries should be strengthened.
