黑政发[2012]52号各市(地)、县(市)人民政府(行署),省政府各直属单位:为认真贯彻落实《国务院关于加强和改进消防工作的意见》(国发[2011]46号)精神,进一步加强和改进全省消防工作,有效解决公共消防安全基础建设同经济社会发展不相适应、消防安全保障能力同人民群众的安全需求不相适应、公众消防安全意识同现代社会管理要求不相适应等问题,全面增强全社会火灾防控能力,结合我省实际,现提出如下意见:
