目的:观察新生儿颅脑正常CT表现特点,为新生儿颅内疾病的诊断提供正常CT解剖依据。材料与方法:按样本纳入标准选择20例新生儿(包括15例足月儿和5例早产儿)进行头颅CT扫描。结果:发现新生儿颅脑具有白质密度较低、灰白质分界模糊、硬膜窦密度高、基底部脑池和第四脑室宽大、存在透明隔间腔等特点。其中,白质密度和灰白质分界影像与实际胎龄关系密切。结论:新生儿颅脑正常CT表现与成人明显不同。在新生儿颅内疾病的CT诊断中,应避免将某些特殊的正常影像误诊为异常
OBJECTIVE: To observe the CT features of normal brain in neonates and provide the basis for normal CT anatomy for the diagnosis of neonatal intracranial diseases. MATERIALS AND METHODS: CT scan of 20 newborns (including 15 full-term infants and 5 premature infants) were selected according to the sample inclusion criteria. Results: The neonatal brain was found to have the characteristics of low white matter density, fuzzy boundaries of gray matter, high density of the dural sinus, large basal cistern and the fourth ventricle, and the presence of a transparent compartment cavity. Among them, white matter density and gray matter boundary images and the actual gestational age are closely related. Conclusion: Normal newborn brain CT manifestations and adults were significantly different.
