病例1:患者41岁,孕2产1,宫内孕27周,因发作性头晕、心悸6个月,呼吸困难、恶心、头疼1周,就诊于北京协和医院。血压为240/120 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133kPa),尿蛋白3g/L。由于症状及血压在活动后明显加重,行超声显示在右侧肾上腺一个7.5cm×5.9cm×6.1cm的肿物,核磁共振成像(MRI)显示右肾上腺区一个不均质的肿物,在T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号。超声心动图显示心
Case 1: The patient was 41 years old, had 2 pregnancies, 1 had intrauterine pregnancies, and 27 weeks had intrauterine pregnancies. She was admitted to Peking Union Medical College Hospital because of episodes of dizziness and palpitation for 6 months. She had difficulty breathing, nausea and headache for 1 week. Blood pressure was 240/120 mm Hg (1 mm Hg = 0.133 kPa) and urinary protein 3 g / L.
