旬邑羊场位于陕西省旬邑县境内,地形复杂,沟深谷仄,土地干旱,农作低产,泉水不佳,不宜饮用,居民极少,仅有几户移垦者,生活困难。当地建有一个畜牧场,因草地不足,养畜少而亏损。还有一个林场,利用几个坡梁地种树,与农民樵薪和畜牧发生矛盾。因此,亟须统筹安排,扬长避短,合理利用,以发挥应有的经济效益和生态效益。

Xunyi sheep farm is located in Xunyi County, Shaanxi Province. The terrain is complex with ditch deep valleys, dry land, low-yielding crops, poor spring water, few drinking water and few residents. There is a livestock farm in the area where there is a shortage of grassland and a small loss of livestock. There is also a forest farm that uses several slopes to plant trees and contradicts peasant firewood pay and livestock husbandry. Therefore, it is imperative to make overall arrangements so that we can make good use of our strengths and avoid weaknesses in order to give due consideration to economic and ecological benefits.
