军用微型计算机有三个显著特点:使用环境极其恶劣;安装维修空间有着严格限制;要求高度可靠。军用微型计算机系统的最终设计要经受恶劣环境的严格考验。因此在设计时,系统设计人员将面临着一系列困难问题。现仅就军用微型计算机的结构和工艺的重新设计问题加以探讨:包括恶劣环境条件下温度、湿度、空气质量、冲击振动、射线电磁辐射、互连技术及系统接地等方面的考虑,重点论述军用微型计算机的结构和工艺、热设计、振动和冲击设计、电路板设计等方面的要求,实现方法以及提高可靠性的途径和措施。
Military microcomputer has three salient features: the use of the environment is extremely harsh; installation and maintenance space is strictly limited; highly reliable. The final design of military microcomputers is subject to rigorous testing in harsh environments. As a result, system designers face a series of difficult problems at design time. Only the redesign of the structure and process of military microcomputers is now discussed: considerations of temperature, humidity, air quality, shock and vibration, radiated electromagnetic radiation, interconnect technology and system grounding in harsh environmental conditions, with a focus on military Micro-computer structure and technology, thermal design, vibration and shock design, circuit board design and other aspects of requirements, methods and ways to improve reliability and measures.
