随着农村金融体制改革的不断深入和农村市场经济的不断发展,农村信用社的内外部环境发生了深刻变化,各种新情况、新问题不断出现,干部职工的思想日趋活跃,思想政治工作面临的形势更加复杂,任务更加繁重。本文首先分析了农村信用社员工政治思想教育的必要性,其次提出了加强农村信用社员工政治思想教育的几点建议。
With the deepening reform of the rural financial system and the continuous development of the rural market economy, profound changes have taken place in the internal and external environment of rural credit cooperatives.
