波长(?)于1毫米的亚毫米已进入处于可见光和微波之间的电磁波谱的红外辐射区,因此,可以利用红外技术来探测亚毫米波.几种远红外探测器的波长响应曲线如图1所示.由图可见,适合于探测亚毫米的有各种测辐射热计.热电探测器.GaAs光导探测器.InSb光导探测器等。本文介绍可探测亚毫米波的光导探测器。
The sub-millimeter wavelength (?) At 1 mm has entered the infrared radiation region of the electromagnetic spectrum between visible light and microwaves so that sub-millimeter waves can be probed using infrared technology. The wavelength response curves of several far-infrared detectors are shown in Figure 1. As can be seen from the figure, suitable for detecting sub-millimeter with a variety of bolometers, pyroelectric detectors, GaAs photoconductive detectors, InSb photoconductive detectors and so on. This article describes the detection of sub-millimeter waveguides detector.
