陈泰来(?-1645)字刚长,新昌(今江西宜丰县)人。崇祯辛未进士,曾任宣城县知县,户科给事中,转兵科,察饬关协,升吏部右给事中。福王立,召为刑科左给事中,不赴。乙酉,唐王擢为太仆寺少卿,再擢右佥都御史,提督江西义军,七月,叛将金声桓陷新昌。十二月,泰来与上高曹志明共举义旗,复新昌等四州县。进攻抚州,兵败殉国。一说屯兵新昌之棠浦,遭清军突袭而死,嘉庆十一年赐谥节愍。《明史》卷一六六有传。
