2015年住房城乡建设部在新资质标准中取消了有关建筑门窗的资质,原建筑业企业资质等级标准中作用于建筑门窗施工安装管理的“金属门窗专业承包资质”于同年3月1日起正式退出行政许可的体系。为此,经中国建筑金属结构协会第十届理事会第五次常务理事会通过,在全国建筑门窗行业开展实施建筑门窗行业资格评定工作,以引导建筑门窗行业健康发展。在中国建筑金属结构协会组织的“建筑门窗行业协会秘书长工作联席会议”上,浙江省协会首先做出反应,主动要求担当试点,以期借协会平台可以更好地为门窗行业服务,为门窗用户服务。
