甘青地震区强烈而频发的地震活动信息,反映出NWW向和NNW向活动性构造现今活动的特点.NWW向和NNW向两组构造组成本区现代条-块状地貌和构造格局.由它们构成的复合构造类型主要有:一是条-块构造;二是弧型弯曲构造.野外与实验证实,在NE-NEE向挤压力作用下,条-块钝角区内侧或弧型构造中反S型断裂弯曲段内侧,是孕震与发震的特殊构造部位.Ms≥6级地震活动均系该特殊构造部位的应力应变积累(孕震)与快速释放(发震)的地壳动态调整的结果,受统一的强震构造系统控制.
The strong and frequent seismic activity information in the Gansu earthquake area reflects the characteristics of today’s NWW and NNW tectonic activities, and the NWW and NNW tectonic settings comprise the modern bar-like landforms and tectonic structures in this area. The main types of composite structures are: the first is the bar-block structure and the second is the arc-bending structure.The field and experiments show that under the NE-NEE squeezing pressure, The anti-S-shaped bend is a special tectonic part of the seismogenic and seismogenic activities.Ms≥6 earthquakes are caused by the stress-strain accumulation (seismogenic) and the rapid release (seismogenic) crustal dynamic adjustment of this special structural part The result is controlled by a unified strong earthquake tectonic system.
