病例报告伤员赵某,男性,21岁。1984年4月29日左眼被来自左前方250m处的火箭弹片炸伤。即感左眼剧痛,泪热,鲜血外流,视力障碍。5月1日在师医院将左侧已破裂的眼球摘除。次日转某医院,经对症处理后,术眼仍红痛不止,于5月9日转入我院。眼科检查:右眼视力1.0,眼内外无异常。左下睑缘外1/3缺损,左眼球缺如,球结膜伤口愈合良好,但充血水肿,稍向前隆起,装入义眼易脱落。怀疑结膜下有残留眼球组织或异物,而于5月14日剪开球结膜探查,发现结膜下为破碎之巩膜、色素膜及视网膜等眼球组织。手术将残留眼球组织彻底清除。病理检查报告为残留眼球组织及炎性肉芽肿。术后疼痛渐减轻,安装义眼后于同年7月15日出
