目的:优选壮药排毒胶囊的提取工艺。方法:以总醇提物和何首乌中的主要成分2,3,5,4-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量为考察指标,采用正交设计,考察乙醇的浓度、乙醇的用量、乙醇回流时间、回流次数等对提取效果的影响。结果:以75%乙醇回流2次,第1次加10倍量,回流2h,第2次加8倍量,回流1h为最佳提取工艺。结论:优化的醇提工艺简单易行,适用于实际生产。
Objective: To optimize Zhuangyao detoxification capsule extraction process.
