水利工程在我国社会主义现代化建设中具有非常重要的作用,有利于促进农业的增产和农民的增收,进而推动当地的经济快速发展。但目前,我国水利工程建设和运行管理还存在一定的不足。文章通过论述水利工程建设和运行管理的基本现状和紧密关系,探讨了水利工程建管结合管理模式的实施策略,有利于水利工程实现最大效益。
Water conservancy projects play a very important role in the socialist modernization in our country and are conducive to boosting the output of agriculture and increasing the incomes of peasants so as to promote the rapid economic development in the area. However, at present, there are still some shortcomings in the construction and operation management of water conservancy projects in China. By discussing the basic status quo and the close relationship between water conservancy project construction and operation and management, this paper discusses the implementation strategy of water conservancy project construction and management combined with management mode, which is beneficial to the maximum benefit of water conservancy project.
