研究了缓饱和时效工艺(DSA) 对超高强铝合金强度和抗腐蚀性能的影响。DSA处理可使超高强铝合金获得理想的性能( 屈服强度比7150T77 合金提高5 %) , 且抗应力腐蚀性能相对峰值时效后的T6 状态得到明显改善。同时讨论了DSA处理改善合金强度和抗蚀性能的机理。
The effect of slow saturating aging process (DSA) on the strength and corrosion resistance of ultra-high strength aluminum alloy was studied. DSA treatment can make the ultra-high strength aluminum alloy get the ideal performance (yield strength than the 7150T77 alloy increased by 5%), and the relative peak stress corrosion resistance T6 state after aging has been significantly improved. The mechanism of DSA treatment to improve the strength and corrosion resistance of the alloy was also discussed.
