本文分析了中等专业学校教学能手评选存在的不足,介绍了学校教学能手评选改革的方式方法及其效果,给出了教学能手标准化要求,为学校骨干教师队伍建设提供了新的思路和方法。

This article analyzes the shortcomings of the selection of teaching experts in secondary vocational schools, introduces the methods and effects of the selection of teaching experts in schools, gives the requirements for standardization of teaching experts, and provides new ideas and methods for building the ranks of key teachers in schools.
