苯基荧光酮(PF)已用于锗、镓、钴、镍、铬、钛等测定。本文试验了在CPB存在下,PF与钒(Ⅴ)的显色反应。提出了一个重现性好,选择性较好,灵敏度高的新方法。探讨了30余种共存离子的影响,在掩蔽剂存在下,一般可不经分离直接在水相测定。方法操作简便,适用范围广,用于硅酸盐及银钒矿中微量钒的测定,结果令人满意。 一、主要仪器和试剂
Phenylfluorone (PF) has been used for germanium, gallium, cobalt, nickel, chromium, titanium and other determination. This article tested the color reaction of PF with vanadium (V) in the presence of CPB. A new method with good reproducibility, good selectivity and high sensitivity is put forward. The effects of more than 30 kinds of coexisting ions were explored, and in the presence of masking agents it was generally possible to determine directly in the aqueous phase without isolation. The method is simple and convenient to operate and has wide application range. It is used for the determination of trace vanadium in silicate and silver vanadium mine with satisfactory results.
