1中国产业依然处于模仿和赶超阶段。从长远来看,中国的产业发展会超过发达国家,但是更应该正视不足。中国是一个制造业大国,目前需要让中国的制造技术水平和精良程度能够与德国、日本这些先进制造国家看齐。2产业升级切忌操之过急。中国正处于产业转型、产业升级的进程中。当前的竞争力还是在成本上面,产业链环节的附加值和产品的技术含量并不高。从技术意义上考虑,中国的产业获得国际竞争力,应该是自主创新,并且能够控制产业链。3创新能力必须突破。具有竞争力的产业,其资源配置的效率也更高,但我国目前的资源利用率远远落后于发达国
