EAP(员工帮助计划)已纳入很多企业的管理体系,音乐疗法以“寓教于乐”的特点深得各企业员工的欢迎。即使在企业发生重大意外事件的情况下,音乐疗法以其特有的非语言、不刺激、直接作用于情绪的特点迅速、直接深入企业员工内心,在危机干预项目中取得了很好的成效,帮助企业渡过难关、帮助员工重建心理健康、提高工作积极性和生产绩效,更好地塑造和提升企业文化。
EAP (Employee Assistance Program) has been incorporated into the management system of many enterprises. Music therapy is highly praised by employees in the enterprise as “entertaining”.
