随着产业集群概念的引入,其已成为解决中小企业融资困境的有效手段之一。其中,社会资本作为一项重要资源,成为集群融资研究的焦点。社会资本可被表现为基于集群模式的规范、信任与网络。本文以中小企业的融资约束为大背景,对产业集群、集群融资与社会资本相关研究进行总结评述,阐述集群模式中社会资本作用机制。
With the introduction of the concept of industrial clusters, it has become one of the effective means to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs. Among them, social capital as an important resource has become the focus of cluster financing research. Social capital can be characterized as a cluster-based norms, trust and network. Based on the financing constraints of small and medium-sized enterprises, this article summarizes the related researches on industrial clusters, cluster financing and social capital, and expounds the mechanism of social capital in cluster mode.
