目的了解杀鼠醚毒饵实验室及现场灭鼠效果,为今后灭鼠工作提供科学依据。方法用单笼饲养有选择给饵法测定杀鼠醚毒饵的适口性及实验室毒杀效果,计算摄食系数和实验室校正死亡率;选择洛川县一养殖场作为灭鼠现场,用粉迹法测定现场鼠密度,采取一次性投饵,计算毒饵的现场校正灭鼠率。结果杀鼠醚毒饵的摄食系数为0.61,达到A级,实验室校正死亡率为100%,达到A级;现场校正灭鼠率为86.88%,达到B级。结论杀鼠醚毒饵具有较好的适口性及实验室毒杀效果,现场灭鼠效果较好。
OBJECTIVE To understand the killing effect of batroxobin in laboratories and on-site laboratories and provide a scientific basis for deratization in the future. Methods The selectivity and bait method were used to determine the palatability and laboratory killing effect of bait-killing baits in a single cage and the feeding coefficient and laboratory-adjusted mortality were calculated. One farms in Luochuan County was chosen as the anti-infective site, Method to determine the density of live rats, to take a one-time feeding bait to calculate the site corrected rodent rate. Results The feeding coefficient of warfarin bait was 0.61, reaching grade A, and the laboratory adjusted mortality was 100%, reaching grade A; the corrected rodent rate on the spot was 86.88%, reaching level B. Conclusion The warfarin ether bait has good palatability and laboratory poisoning effect, and the anti-rat effect is better on the spot.
