以往,热态变薄拉伸(以下简称拉伸)压机的吨位,是按冲孔挤压压机吨位的一半来选定的。为了获得较高的生产效率,应有适当高的拉伸速度,这就使得拉伸过程中所需压机的功率也必须相应增大。限于国内液压元件的性能和供电条件,用作拉伸压机的直接传动高速油压机传动功率就不能太大。作者认为,通过合理选择拉伸压机所需的吨位,可以减少压机所需的传动功率。一、热态变薄拉伸力的计算咬入第i道模圈时,所需的拉伸力为 P_i=f(ε_d、σ_s,α,μ,……) (见图1)式中ε_d——拉伸比,连续拉伸时取ε_d≤1.6~1.7,
