本文应用二甲肼诱发Wistar大鼠结肠癌,并观察肠道不典型增生及肠癌中rasP21、CEA的免疫组化染色和AgNOR计数的改变。结果显示:动物实验诱癌率为71.05%(27/38),同时有淋巴结转移。组织学检查为肠腺癌和粘液腺癌,并表现出肠道不典型增生是肠癌的癌前阶段。免疫组化结果:P21主要在不典型增生及肠腺癌中表达,CEA主要在浸润性肠癌和转移癌中强表达。二者在肠道良、恶性病变中的阳性率均有显著差异(P<0.05)。AgNOR计数在肠良性病变与不典型增生、不典型增生与肠癌中的区别也有显著差异(P<0.05)。
In this study, Wistar rat colon cancer was induced by dimethyl hydrazine, and the changes of rasP21 and CEA immunohistochemical staining and AgNOR count in intestinal dysplasia and intestinal cancer were observed. The results showed that the cancer-inducing rate of animal experiments was 71.05% (27/38) with lymph node metastasis. Histological examinations were intestinal adenocarcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma, and showed dysplasia of the intestine was a precancerous stage of colon cancer. Immunohistochemical results: P21 is mainly expressed in atypical hyperplasia and intestinal adenocarcinoma, CEA is mainly expressed in invasive intestine carcinoma and metastatic carcinoma. There was a significant difference in the positive rates of both benign and malignant lesions (P<0.05). The difference of AgNOR count between benign intestinal lesions and atypical hyperplasia, atypical hyperplasia and colon cancer was also significant (P<0.05).
