本文报道采用抽样调查,对四川泸州(汉族)、茂汶(羌族)两地人群中Hb病的发生情况作了调查。结果:异常Hb发现率为0.292％,男0.247％,女0.337％,男女之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。异常类型有E、G、J等,且以HbE发病为高。B地中海贫血发现率为9.96％。在汉族中α—地中海贫血为0.083％,G—6—PD缺乏为1.02％。并对有关问题作了简略讨论。
This paper reports the use of sample surveys to investigate the incidence of Hb disease among people in Luzhou (Han nationality) and Maowen (Qiang nationality) in Sichuan province. Results: The detection rate of abnormal Hb was 0.292%, male 0.247%, female 0.337%, there was no significant difference between male and female (P> 0.05). Abnormal types of E, G, J, etc., and the incidence of HbE is high. B The prevalence of thalassemia was 9.96%. In the Han population, α-thalassemia was 0.083% and G-6-PD deficiency was 1.02%. And a brief discussion on the issues.
