要实现“十五”振兴装备制造业的目标,提升重大装备业的竞争力具有重要意义。本文从国际项目管理的角度出发,分析了重大装备项目的特点,以及国际重大装备业管理的趋势和国内管理的现有问题,指出了重大装备业实行项目管理的意义,在项目管理方针、企业文化、管理体系、管理程序、管理方法及持续改进六个方面提出了构建项目化的重大装备企业,提高重大装备业竞争力的建设性意见。
To achieve “15 ” to revitalize the equipment manufacturing industry goals, enhance the competitiveness of major equipment industry is of great significance. From the perspective of international project management, this paper analyzes the characteristics of major equipment projects, as well as the trend of international major equipment industry management and the existing problems of domestic management. It points out the significance of implementing project management in major equipment industry. In project management, Culture, management system, management procedures, management methods and continuous improvement of six aspects of the project to build major equipment enterprises, improve the competitiveness of major equipment industry, constructive comments.
