初轧机实际生产中,其主传动扭振普遍存在。结合初轧机的一次综合测试,对所产生的扭振进行了定量的分析研究。把1150初轧机多质量系统简化为两质量系统,利用两质量系统的扭振计算公式进行计算与分析,并作了一些修正。结果表明,其计算结果与实测值完全符合。同时着重对初轧机的动荷系数的计算公式进行了论述,提出了降低动荷系数的措施。因此,今后设计和校核机械强度时,必须认真考虑扭振。
The actual production of the first rolling mill, the main drive torsional vibration ubiquitous. Combined with a comprehensive test of the first rolling mill, the torsional vibration generated was quantitatively analyzed and studied. The multi-mass system of 1150 initial rolling mill was simplified to two-mass system, the calculation and analysis were made by using the torsional vibration calculation formula of the two-mass system, and some corrections were made. The results show that the calculated results are in good agreement with the measured values. At the same time, the calculation formula of the dynamic load coefficient of the first rolling mill is emphatically discussed, and the measures to reduce the dynamic load coefficient are put forward. Therefore, the future design and verification of mechanical strength, torsional vibration must be carefully considered.
