文本观察中药复律定对室性过早搏动的疗效。治疗组30例,复律定10g,每日三次口服,疗程21天,总有效率76.7％;对照组20例,慢心律0.2g,每日三次口服,疗程21天,总有效率50％(P<0.05)。复律定对功能性和器质性早搏疗效相近,治疗期间副作用轻微,对心、肝、肾功能无不良影响。建议用于治疗慢性室性心律失常患者。
Text observation of Chinese medicine cardioversion premature ventricular beats curative effect. The treatment group of 30 cases, cardioversion set 10g, three times a day orally, the course of 21 days, the total effective rate 76.7%; control group of 20 patients, slow heart rhythm 0.2g, three times daily oral treatment for 21 days, the total effective rate of 50% P <0.05). Cardioversion function and organic premature beat similar effect, minor side effects during treatment, no adverse effects on heart, liver and kidney function. It is recommended for the treatment of patients with chronic ventricular arrhythmias.
