林文昌,1952年生于台湾彰化县,国立台湾师范大学美术系毕业,美国Fontbonne大学美术研究所硕士。绘画作品参加国内外各大展览且多次获奖,作品获公私立机构及私人典藏。曾任辅仁大学艺术学院院长、应用美术系所所长。全国美展、国家设计奖、联邦新人奖、印象大奖、全国学生美展、台北市、新北市等美展筹备、审查委员,2009年金鼎奖评审团总召集人,2009-2011台北市捷运工程局辅大站、徐汇中学站、新庄站等
Lin Wenchang was born in Changhua County, Taiwan in 1952 and graduated from Fine Arts Department of National Taiwan Normal University with a master’s degree from Fine Arts Institute of Fontbonne University. Painting works at major exhibitions at home and abroad and has won numerous awards, works by public and private institutions and private collections. He was Dean of Fu Jen Catholic University, director of Department of Applied Arts. National Art Exhibition, National Design Award, Federal New Artist Award, Impression Award, National Student Art Exhibition, Taipei City, New Taipei City and other art exhibition preparation and review committee, 2009 Jinding Prize jury chief convener, 2009-2011 Taipei MRT Bureau assistant Station, Xuhui Middle School Station, Xinzhuang station and so on
