目的 :探讨颈椎前路带锁钢板系统在颈椎肿瘤手术治疗中的应用价值。方法 :对 8例颈椎肿瘤患者采取前路椎体切除和 /或后路肿瘤切除、自体髂骨植骨以及颈椎前路带锁钢板 (ORION、ZEPHIR)内固定手术治疗。结果 :8例患者得到 6~ 2 3个月随访 ,平均 12 .1个月 ,2 .8~ 4 .2个月内所有植骨均骨性融合 ,平均融合时间 3.2个月 ,瘫痪患者神经功能均有不同程度恢复 ,1例术后出现短暂声嘶 ,无钢板螺钉断裂、松动或脱出及其他并发症。结论 :颈椎前路带锁钢板系统在手术切除颈椎椎体和肿瘤后能提供即刻稳定性 ,有利于促进神经功能的恢复。
Objective: To explore the value of cervical anterior locking plate system in the surgical treatment of cervical spine tumors. Methods: Eight patients with cervical spondylosis underwent anterior vertebral body resection and / or posterior resection of the tumor, autologous iliac bone graft and internal fixation with ORION (ZEPHIR). Results: Eight patients were followed up for 6 ~ 23 months, with an average of 12.1 months and 2.8 ~ 4.2 months. All the bone grafts were homogenized with a mean fusion time of 3.2 months. The neurological function of patients with paralysis All had different degree of recovery, 1 case of transient hoarseness after surgery, no plate screw fracture, loosening or prolapse and other complications. Conclusion: Anterior cervical locking plate system can provide immediate stability after surgical removal of cervical vertebral body and tumor, which is beneficial to the recovery of nerve function.
