众所周知,在市场经济的条件下,供求平衡是保证整个社会再生产得以顺利进行的重要条件。然而,当前受亚洲金融风波和国有企业改革进入关键阶段以及二元经济结构等多种因素的影响,我国经济供求矛盾更加突出,而这一矛盾的主要方面又是需求不足。因此,我们应该在对需求的多层次、多结构进行分析的基础上,努力寻求有效手段,包括财税、金融政策的合理运作,尽可能地消除社会总产品的供求矛盾,以及生产相对过剩和需求相对不足的矛盾,以实现国民经济的健康发
As we all know, under the condition of a market economy, the balance between supply and demand is an important condition for ensuring smooth reproduction of the entire society.
