党委领导作战是我军的优良传统。本文回顾了党委领导作战的创立发展过程,指出我军实行党委领导作战是历史的选择,分析探讨了党委领导作战的价值作用,以及坚持党委领导作战必须把握的若干关节点,强调在未来战争中必须坚定不移地继续坚持党委领导作战的原则。
Party committees and leaders are excellent military traditions. This paper reviews the process of establishing and developing leadership operations by party committees and points out that it is a historical choice for our armed forces to lead the operations of the party committees. It analyzes and discusses the value function of party committees in leading operations and certain key points that must be grasped by the leadership of the party committees. It emphasizes that in future wars We must unswervingly uphold the principle that party committees should lead the operation.
