传统的粪草料菌种,制作较烦琐,尤其在南方堆制料时正逢雨季,备料不便。笔者从1980年以来,综合外地一些新配方,设计了四种制菌种的培养料配方:①泥炭土培养基——泥炭土50％,牛粪10％,统糠30％,麦糠10％,另加过磷酸钙1％、CaSO_41％、石灰2～2.5％。②棉籽壳培养基——棉籽壳80％,牛粪10％,麦糠10％,另加CaSO_41％,过磷酸钙0.5％,石灰1.5％。③麦粒培养基——麦子80％,牛粪15％,白糖5％,另加CaSO_41％、石灰或CaCO_40.5～1％。④生料培养基—稻草40％,牛粪60％,另加麦糠5％,CaSO_41％,石灰1.5％。以粪草料培养基作对照。五种培养基的PH值均为7.2～7.5,按常规装瓶、
