混凝土在现代工程建设中占有重要地位,然而混凝土裂缝较为普遍。分析了混凝土裂缝产生的原因,提出了控制和防止裂缝的措施,并探讨了混凝土的早期养护等问题。通过多年的现场观察,通过查阅有关混凝土内部应力方面的专著,对混凝土温度裂缝产生的原因、现场混凝土温度的控制和预防裂缝的措施进行等进行阐述。结合实际工程,笔者钢筋混凝土裂缝的控制措施,并且大体积混凝土的热功处理进行了计算,实践证明,工程施工效果良好。
Concrete occupies an important position in the construction of modern engineering, however concrete cracks are more common. The causes of concrete cracks were analyzed, the measures to control and prevent cracks were put forward, and the problems of early curing of concrete were also discussed. Through many years of on-site observation, this paper elaborates on the causes of concrete temperature cracks, the control of on-site concrete temperature and the prevention of cracks by referring to monographs on internal stress of concrete. Combined with the actual project, the author of the control measures of reinforced concrete cracks, and the massive concrete thermal power processing were calculated, the practice proved that the construction effect is good.
