为分析快开门式蒸压釜釜齿的齿侧出现裂纹的成因,并探讨合理的修复方案.采用有限元法对某台蒸压釜的快开门结构进行了分析计算,根据JB4732-1995对结构进行强度评定,对齿侧裂纹区进行打磨处理,考察了打磨结构的应力状况、疲劳寿命与打磨圆弧半径的关系.计算结果表明:打磨圆弧半径在一定范围内可满足强度要求,疲劳寿命随打磨圆弧半径的增大先增后降,并存在最佳打磨圆弧半径.对一定深度范围内的齿侧裂纹进行这种非焊接打磨处理,可以降低修复费用,提高修复效率.
In order to analyze the cause of cracks on the tooth flanks of the quick-opening autoclave autoclave and to explore a reasonable repair plan, the structure of the quick-open door of an autoclave was analyzed and calculated by the finite element method.
