设备的表面状态是评价设备素质的先导和组成部分。近年来,我们在推行设备全过程综合管理,注重抓好维修质量的同时,对在用设备表面状态的管理有了新的认识,其中包括对设备彩色管理的认识。依据设备性能和工艺要求,或为适应视觉、美学的需要,对设备表面进行防腐及彩色处理,并将其纳入管理范畴,这种管理称为设备的彩色管理。 设备表面喷涂彩色,最初多是出于防腐的需要,逐渐地,认识并运用了彩色的区分识别功能,时至今日,融实用性、科学性、审美性于一体,充分挖掘了彩色的潜在作用,它不仅是现代化管理的手段,也是表征企业面貌、透视企业素质的重要方面。
