长沙湘雅店创办于2001年10月,是老百姓大药房的第一家店,经营面积达1300多平米,品规非常齐全。改造后的湘雅店推出了中医坐堂特色服务,在现有的免费吸氧、免费测血压、免费打粉的项目基础上增加了专业指导用药服务,并引进了“中药配方颗粒”等特色商品,免去了顾客熬中药及服用中药的不方便。湘雅店还在各特殊医保窗口设专职专业人员接待,每月客服代表会电话拜访及提醒未定时来购药的顾客,对重点顾客定期上门拜访。每年年终会举行重点客户感恩答谢会活动。特殊门诊有先进的电子叫号系统,每季度有健康知识讲座,为顾客讲解保健及用药安全知识。
