SODm尿素是我公司近年来生产的新产品，其中SODm含量是衡量其质量的重要指标。公司对尿素中SODm含量有严格控制标准（0.050≤SODm及有效物含量≤0.080），但目前由于设备及技术上的不成熟，SODm尿素生产还存在诸多问题，导致优等品率较低。所以，提高SODm尿素的优等品率是我们急待解决的问题。n本文就是根据上述问题，从工艺、设备、操作等方面进行分析，提出提高SODm尿素的优等品率的对策。nSODm Urea is a new product that produced by our company in recent years. SODm content is a measure of an important indicator of its quality.Company has strict control standards on contents of urea in SODm(0.050≤SODm and effective content≤0.080), because the equipment and technical are immature now, SODm urea production are still have many problems that Result low rate of Excellence.Thus, improve SODm urea grade rate is an issue that we need to be solved.nThis article is based on the above issues, analysis from the technology, equipment, operation and other aspects, and proposed to increase SODm urea grade rate countermeasures.
