制备了预分散溶剂萃取过程所需的胶质液体和气体泡沫。探讨了对它们的稳定性及性质的影响因素。结果表明，油相本身的性质对胶质液体泡沫的制备及稳定性有决定性作用；随着油相表面活性剂浓度的提高，相体积比的升高，搅拌的增强以及滴加速度的减小，胶质液体泡沫的粒径减小。表面活性剂的类型对胶质气体泡沫的稳定性影响较大。随着表面活性剂浓度的升高，稳定性有一定的提高，而搅拌时间对各种性质的影响程度较小。
Gum liquids and gas foams were prepared for the predispersion solvent extraction process. The factors that affect their stability and properties are discussed. The results show that the nature of the oil phase has a decisive effect on the preparation and stability of the colloidal liquid foam. With the increase of the oil phase surfactant concentration, the increase of phase volume ratio, the increase of stirring and the decrease of the dropping rate, Gum liquid foam particle size decreases. The type of surfactant has a greater impact on the stability of the gelled gas foam. With the increase of surfactant concentration, the stability is improved to a certain extent, while the mixing time has little impact on various properties.
