本文研究了以辛酸亚锡为引发剂，用本体聚合的方法合成聚ε－己内酯时，单体与引发剂质量比［M］／［I」、反应温度和时间对聚合产物的影响，得到最佳反应条件。并初步考察了更ε－己内酯对药物有缓释作用。
In this paper, the effect of monomer / initiator mass ratio [M] / [I "], reaction temperature and time on the polymerization product of poly (ε-caprolactone) by bulk polymerization with stannous octoate as initiator was investigated. Get the best reaction condition. And initially investigated more ε-caprolactone sustained release of the drug.
