目前高校普遍开设的动漫以及相关的课程,这些年来也已经为社会输送了大量的人才,但是不得不承认的是,我们高校所培养的所谓的“人才”实际上离公司的用人标准还有着很大的差距,大量动画专业的毕业生毕业以后从事与动画完全无关的工作,根本原因是在校学习的相关知识根本无法满足基本的从业要求。所以目前高职类院校动漫专业必须改变现有状态,进行必要的课程及专业方向的调整,以适应专业发展的需要,更好改变目前学生就业的情况。

Therefore, at present, the animation major in higher vocational colleges must change the current status, make the necessary curriculums and the adjustment in the professional direction so as to meet the needs of professional development and better change the current employment situation of students.
